Keeping recipes on pieces of scratch paper just wasn’t working for me.  I got a recipe book, then it started to fall apart, now I figure the internet isn’t going to fall apart and get tomato sauce stains on it, so here I am.  Unless I don’t pay my bill, which is likely, I am forgetful.

I live in San Diego, am somewhat of a hippie, and have no aspirations to become a chef, however I do aspire to complete a degree in Nutrition and then one day go to graduate school.

I try to make all my recipes as healthy as possible and everything I make is pretty basic level, at least I think so.
